RETURN POLICY

IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his or her right of withdrawal by contacting the following company DEL'EP

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer informs the seller of his decision to withdraw via our form.  

The customer will then be informed by e-mail that his request for retraction has been taken into account.

he/she may then return the order within 14 days of receipt of the notified order to for the attention of Sigrid de l'Epine, 16 rue Pasteur, 94110 ARCUEIL.

The item must be returned new, in its original condition and complete (damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be accepted). Products must be returned by COLISSIMO, DHL or carrier with tracking.

Items are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to the seller. 

The customer will receive an email to inform them when the refund has been processed, using the same payment method used for the original order. It takes approximately 4 to 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product. Shipping costs are not refundable, only the amount of the product will be refunded.

 

Exception to the right of withdrawal: 

In accordance with the provisions of article 221-28 of the French Consumer Code

the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for certain contracts, including those relating to:

"the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or customized to his or her own requirements". This applies to custom-made XL spectacle cases.
