Maison Gainsbourg x Maison DEL'EP
Les étuis DEL'EP collaborated with Maison Gainsbourg to create a cigarette case, a black leather case that Serge Gainsbourg might have worn instead of his mythical pack.
"One evening, while having dinner with Charlotte, I took out a leather case in which I had put a few cigarettes for the evening.
Instinctively, we thought of Serge Gainsbourg's pack of "Gitanes", a true witness to the aesthetics of his era and inseparable from his image. That's how we came up with the idea of making a 'cigarette' case for the opening of the Maison Gainsbourg," explains Sigrid de l'Epine, founder of the company.
A 100% Made in France leather case
This case is meticulously crafted in full-grain rawhide, using the traditional know-how of our workshops in France. It can be used as a cigarette case or a card holder.
To mark the collaboration, "GAINSBOURG x DEL'EP " is embossed on each piece in this collection. On the back of the case, the 4-leaf clover, our logo, completes the design.
Available in two sizes and two options: either with a leather tie to wear around the neck, like a necklace, or without a tie to slip into your pockets so you always have your cards or cigarettes close at hand.
