Deliveries and returns

Transport costs will be automatically added after your order. 

deliveries are made by COLISSIMO and DHL express.

PRICE & DELIVERY TIME (preparation + delivery): 

model IN STOCK : 

• France: 2-4 days: Colissimo with insurance €10.95  
• Europe DHL express: 2-4 days: between €24.50 and €29.50 depending on zone
• 29.50 for Switzerland and England
• Rest of the world DHL express: 4-6 days between: 31.50 (Japan/US) and 42.50 depending on distance + customs duties and taxes depending on country:  

 FOR INTERNATIONAL SENDINGS (OUTSIDE EUROPE and DOM TOM)

For shipments outside the EU, the carrier may charge import duties and VAT to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. The buyer undertakes to pay these upon receipt of the order. 

• These fees are reduced for Japan and there are no fees for the USA for orders under 800 euros. €.

 For EU shipments, prices include VAT; for international shipments, prices exclude VAT.

 RETURNS :

You can return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, to the attention of DEL'EP 16 rue Pasteur, 94110 Arcueil, France

Please contact us before returning the item, so that we can arrange a refund for your case(s) (shipping costs remain at your expense). This refund will take place within 5/10 working days of receipt of the item, if it is new, in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging by COLISSIMO with signature for France, DHL or any other carrier with tracking for Europe & the rest of the world.

The items are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to us. 

In the event of your return, you will be responsible for the transport costs. 

You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed.
